"WE NEED OUR TAKE HOME MONEY"---'SACKED' AGENTS CRY OUT

       
      FOR IMMEDIATE RESPONSE 

On the 24th Day of March, 2020, some of the Market Agents didn't wake up to welcome good news from Esoko.

 Esoko, has been over sometime now facing some challenges. By so doing, he decided to close down some of his markets and terminate the appointment of the affected agents in a way to gradually come out of his financial constraints. 

Out of the 40+ market enumerstors, Esoko decided to terminate the appointment of 21 agents.
In the content of the letter served on our platform, Esoko didn't mention of a compensation or a take home money for the affected market agents. So, is it that after serving Esoko for many years, we are to go home with empty pockets? 

King Size, one of the affected enumetators took it upon himself to request for a compensation from concrete source.
On the 1st day of August 2014, an Independent Contractor Agreement was signed between Esoko Network Ltd.(the company) and we the contractors as Market Agents. In the agreement signed, it was stated clearly that, "compensation would be based on profiles and uploads made and approved by the Enumerator Manager".
A COPY OF THE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT 
Base on this agreement signed by the HR/Admin Manager, Elma Marsela Essoun, we the affected enumerators of Esoko do hereby request for our compensation or in other words, 'take home money' as well as our four months arreas(December to March) before our termination will take effect on 1st April.
